IT WAS 1959. THE NAMES ON THE LABELS ARE NOT THE DESIGNERS, THESE WERE THE MANUFACTURERS, THE “DESIGNER” LABEL HAD YET TO HIT NON COUTURE APPAREL. THESE MANUFACTURERS WERE THE PEOPLE THAT WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR “MADE IN CANADA” (even if one was “designed in Paris)!
